Pianity Bounty NFTs – Free to claim NFTs on Arweave
Pianity has launched something very unique for both artists and their fans – a feature that allows artists to reward their fans and thank them for their support, but also onboard new users to Web3.
We are talking about Bounty NFTs.
They are free to claim NFTs, and artists have complete control over how they distribute them to their fans and collectors.
Let’s take a closer look!
Bounty NFTs
Many people consider community to be the epicentre of success in the Web3 space. Loyal communities can help elevate a project, or in the case of Pianity and Web3 music, an artist.
There is surely no doubt that Pianity understands this concept and the importance behind it, as their platform has a unique system for bringing fans together with their favourite artists – a feature called Clubs, which you can read all about here.
Now, with the launch of Bounty NFTs, they introduce a new way for artists to engage with and reward their fans.
Bounty NFTs are free to claim NFTs, which artists can create and distribute to anyone – via the Pianity platform – with whatever requirements they see fit. In the launch blog post, Pianity offered three examples of how an artist might go about doing this:
A Simple Giveaway – Just set up the link to share and your fans will be able to claim your Bounty by clicking on it
A Digital Contest – You can set up a series of requirements to be eligible. You can use social media contest tools to help you with it such as https://gleam.io
Physical distribution – You can add your bounty to your physical releases by adding the QR that will enable your fans to claim your Bounty.
Few people would turn down a free NFT from their favourite artist. Many loyal fans would potentially consider such a thing special, thus helping strengthen the relationship between artists and fans even more.
But it’s not just about giving stuff away, as the artist gets another great benefit from this new feature.
The Clubs feature on Pianity requires an artist to have 100 unique collectors on the platform. That means that 100 people would need to have bought a music NFT from the artist. But now, artists have a secondary method of increasing their collectors through Bounty NFTs. Essentially, by doing a 100 NFT giveaway Bounty, artists can reach the requirements for opening a Club faster.
All in all, Bounty NFTs seem like a great addition to an already amazing platform for Web3 music.
Launch – Mutek Mexico
Pianity has launched its first collection of Bounties in partnership with Mutek Mexico. The collection features five legendary edition NFTs for people to get their hands on – gaining access to Mutek’s Club after doing so.
You can check out the collection here.
As time goes by, more and more bounties will be dropped, so if you don’t want to miss out, frequently check out Pianity’s website and socials. When on the Pianity website, you will know if a song is a Bounty if it has the Bounty icon located in the top right corner of the card.
