Community Focus
Check out our latest article about optimisation for the mixed sequencing method used in the Smartweave transaction data system. In this system, the Sequencer collects transaction data and the Validator verifies it. The optimisation allows users to send transactions directly to the Sequencer for real-time confirmation or as Native transactions on Arweave, which will be confirmed and collected by the Sequencer after several blocks. This method is inspired by the Ethereum Layer2 project Arbitrum and its SequencerInbox contract. The optimisation aims to avoid censorship and system failure problems with mixed sequencing. The article suggests future solutions through multiple Sequencer nodes and additional coin issuance, but these will be discussed in a subsequent article
Product update
In other exciting news, we are proud to announce two new features on our platform:
- 24-hour Volume: You can now see the estimated 24-hour volume in dollars for each pool on the LP (liquidity provider) list. This will give you a real-time view of swap volume and help you make more informed decisions about where to add your liquidity.
- LP Cumulative Fee: In addition to the 24-hour fee, we have also added a cumulative fee column to the position details page. This will give you a complete view of your earnings over time and help you track your returns on investment.

We’ve been seeing a lot of questions in our Discord about when PSTs will be listed. We want to assure our community that we are actively working on it and making progress towards getting PSTs listed. However, we cannot provide an exact timeline as of yet.
In the meantime, we would like to ask our community which PSTs they would like to see on Permaswap. Your input and preferences are valuable to us and we would love to hear from you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
