Dear PermaDAO community members:
Hope everyone had a pleasant holiday! However, for PermaDAO, the work didn't halt even during the festive season. We continued our mission of co-building the Arweave ecosystem. Last week, three contributors successfully completed a promotion by authoring content related to Arweave and PermaDAO. Concurrently, the community supported the BLOCKCHAIN INFRA CAMP initiative, aiming to improve the existing infrastructure within the blockchain realm. Furthermore, meetings aimed at sharing insights into the Arweave ecosystem are ongoing. These sessions assist contributors in keeping up with the progress of related projects and significant ecosystem events. Lastly, the community published articles delving into the world of NFTs.

Workload Summary
Last week, the various guilds of PermaDAO completed the following work:
Content Guild has completed a total of 24 tasks.
Translation Group has completed translation tasks for 10 articles.
Creative Group has completed 6 tasks.
Submission Group has approved 9 submissions of ecological content articles.
Activities Guild has hosted 2 online events.
Branding & Promotion Guild has conducted 365 promotional activities.
Management Guild has completed 3 tasks.
Last week, PermaDAO distributed 747.99 $AR tokens, totaling 3075.6 USDC to the dedicated volunteers, and we encourage them to persevere!
Guild Member Promotion
PermaDAO encourages partners to continue building and outputting. Based on the cumulative output, partners can be promoted to obtain more rewards and unlock more permissions to receive tasks. Last week, three contributors were successfully promoted in the Content Guild:
Gerry was promoted to PermaDAO Silver Author in the Submission Group.
MiddleX was promoted to PermaDAO Gold author in the Submission Group.
Xiaosong Hu was promoted to PermaDAO Diamond Author in the Submission Group.

2. Translation Guild Arweave Ecosystem Weekly Report Sharing Session
The Arweave Ecosystem Weekly Report Sharing Session is organized by the Translation Guild in the PermaDAO Content Guild. It aims to spread knowledge related to the Arweave ecosystem through regular ecological weekly learning activities, so that more participants can quickly understand and participate in the construction of the ecosystem. This event is held every Wednesday at 9pm and is currently in its 33rd phase. Friends who are interested in the Arweave ecosystem are welcome to participate and continue to follow the development of the ecosystem.
