PermaDAO Weekly Report #17 (5.26 - 6.1)

Dear PermaDAO community members,

Last week, the registration for the Arweave Asia Summer Hackathon officially started, and significant progress was made in the Eternity.AI supported by PermaDAO. Additionally, representatives from the Asian Digital Bank were invited to participate in discussions on the issuance of ACNH. PermaDAO continues to grow under the contributions of each volunteer. We encourage all members to continue their efforts and actively contribute to the development of PermaDAO.

Workload Overview

Last week, the workload situation of each guild of PermaDAO is as follows,

The Content Guild has accomplished 32 tasks.
- The Translation Group has translated 6 articles.
- The Creative Group has completed 10 tasks.
- The Submission Group has approved 16 submissions of ecosystem-related articles.
The Activities Guild has initiated 3 events.
The R&D Guild has finished 1 task.
The Branding & Promotion Guild has disseminated 280 articles.

PermaDAO has distributed 407.79 $AR tokens in total to dedicated volunteers, and we encourage them to persevere!

Notable Events

1. The latest updates on the Arweave Summer Hackathon

In anticipation of the Children's Day, the Arweave Asia Summer Hackathon, jointly hosted by PermaDAO, SCP Venture, and TinTinLand, has officially announced its course schedule. The registration phase for developers has begun and will remain open for sponsorships until June 14. Interested projects are welcome to engage in sponsorship discussions. The event will be conducted online with a course duration of two and a half months. The curriculum will cover various skill levels, and participants can expect to advance their development skills significantly.

2. Major Breakthrough in the Eternity.AI Project Supported by PermaDAO

During last week's PermaDAO community report sharing session, the initiator of the Eternity.AI project, Allen, demonstrated the development progress of the project's official website. Currently, the project team has already achieved functionality for users to upload personal private data and interact with a private AI chat window.

3. Discussion on the ACNH Issuance by Asian Digital Banks within PermaDAO

Last Thursday evening, PermaDAO hosted a themed discussion on "Asian Digital Banks Issuing ACNH," featuring guests from Asian digital banks and the founder of everVision. The representative from the Asian Digital Bank expressed that ACNH, as a new stablecoin, will contribute to economic activities in the Web3 field, as well as settlements in conventional domains like cross-border e-commerce and cross-border acquiring. Moreover, the guests also discussed the security, legality, and convenience of ACNH for payments.

4. PermaDAO & Cointime AMA

The core contributors from PermaDAO participated in an AMA interview hosted by Cointime. The discussion revolved around various aspects, including the operation of PermaDAO, SCP investments, and the founding experience of everVision.
